When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. US orders usually arrive in about 7–15 business days in total. Orders to Canada, the UK, Australia and Europe usually arrive in about 10–20 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, for the United States. Every US order ships free, with no minimum. Shipping to Canada, the UK, Australia and Europe starts at $6.99 and is shown at checkout.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and the European Union. You can order from any country and send your order to an address in any of these places.
Will I pay customs or import tax?
Orders shipped outside the US may be charged import duties or VAT/GST by your country. These charges are not included in our prices.
Can I return my item?
Yes. You can return most unused items within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
Is a power bank included?
It depends on the product. Our heated jacket and USB heated blanket run on a standard USB power bank, which is not included. Our heated socks and hand warmer have built-in rechargeable batteries. Check each product page for details.
How do I use heated products safely?
Always follow the safety instructions on the product page and in the box. Don't use heated products while sleeping, turn the heat down if it feels too hot, and use a certified USB power bank for USB-powered items.
